   I'd kind of regard that as almost a freak accident, at least when compared   
   to the instances you've mentioned, and plain Stupid things like laying lit   
   cigarettes on a keyboard's keys, spilling drinks on a keyboard or other   
   instrument, or 'dancing', or staggering too close to instruments and   
   knocking them to the floor.
