   It shouldn't have to be a matter of 'luck'...gig bags should be made to   
   protect better.

   That putting something on top of a keyboard inside a gig bag is something   
   I'm going to have to deal with when I get my 2 tier keyboard stand and start   
   hauling my relatively heavy DX7 synth along with my CDP-130 piano...but I'll   
   probably put the lighter piano in its gig bag on top of the DX7, which is in   
   a case that not a hard shell, but is considerably stronger than a gig bag   
   and spaced off dimenionally inside to provide clearance, which means that it   
   keyboard inside shouldn't be contacted in any way by the piano I'll be   
   putting on top of it.
