I have several       different types and all I have to find is the one that'll give me the       clearest view as all of them do a great job of attenuating the Sun's       brightness.       Of course, the expensive ones have superior optics.              > Ever take a big magnifying glass and burn an ant ? I'll stick to hunting down nice dim stars       > :-)              You need to cover the aperture of the finder with either a solar filter, or,       since you don't really need it for bringing the Sun into the eyepiece, you       could always just block it off completely.              > Gotta have one, as long as I'm still gigging. Which happens to be today.       > About time to start packing it all up and heading out. Have a fun day on       > your end :-)                     Jim              You too. We've got gigs lined up but we're still developing our sound and       setlist, to which we're planning on adding our Originals.              Ouisie              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
