Well, at least you have a positive attitude :-)

When it comes to Music, that's the only kind of attitude to have ;)

And that's why I want the effects:

The tremolo will lend more authenticity to the sound of the Casio CDP-130's
Wurlitzer and Rhodes sounds, and I wouldn't mind checking out how it'll make
the acoustic grand piano sound too.

The overdrive distortion effect should sound really cool with the various
guitar voices the DX7 has, along with the clavinet, and a slightly
overdriven electric piano, particularly the Wurli, should sound pretty cool
   too.

The phase shifter will sound great on all the keyboards - long ago, I used
to use an electro-harmonix Bad Stone with my MKII Rhodes 88, but I've also
heard them on recordings used on an acoustic grand too - awesome!

And the octave divider aka 'octaver', will be very useful for enabling nice
solid bass lines for my left hand to play to make our duo sound less like a
duo and more like a complete band.

So all those effects will be used for very important purposes...namely to
help us achieve the sound we should have!
