   The kind I drive (Caravans) reverse the motors to open the doors, and the   
   rubber seals are very thick so fingers won't be crushed, although the   
   sensation can be scary for those who don't know that.

   particularly on very hot days...which I'm really looking forward to!

   I've seen enough wrecks...but not Trapping passengers would be the Right way
