I thought it had to be accurate ;)

There are other brands of those tiny monitors if the Galaxy ones can't
   handle the power.

   Are they That cheap?

Put noise baffles around the drummer ;)

   > You'd think we could just talk this thru with the problem children. Yeah,

Not without them getting a good Whipping FIRST ;)

Somehow, I don't believe any band related miracles will be all that much
appreciated - by anyone NOT in a band that is ;)

   > I'm fighting this all the time. Ever been in a band ? They agree, sure ,

I came to that conclusion some time ago...but then I don't like having
ANYthing, whether IEMs or ear plugs, stuck in my ears for any length of
time...so I'll just not Waste my life with those Losers!!!

   > That's not a lot for current amp sizes. That particular amp only weighs 7

   > lbs and only put out 1400 watts :-)

That's still power to go DEAF with anywhere near it!!!

   > That's what I'm gonna tell him. If he REALLY can't hear at our 100 or so
   > db stage level, then two things .... I can't work with him, and ... he

And if they're in denial, they'll want to argue...but then their being
IDIOTS is what lost them their hearing in the first place.

   > She is the same. That's why the interest in the pricier Westons. When

In my case, time would tell, Literally, because after a certain amount of
time, I simply have to take them out.

   > I got in this situation gradually.

Usually from too many compromises about things that should NEVER be
   compromised...like hearing!

   > You have a point. Pearls before swine.

   Yes, Exactly.

   > if you can't be good, be loud .

   More like be STUPID!!!

   > It is. I like dance music. So this doesn't bother me at all.

   Jim

I'm not into dancing, but I am into Music!
