   4. THE PRINCIPLE OF POLARITY.    
      
   Once we understand that everything is vibrating at specific frequencies we can   
   then begin to form understanding of extremes or poles. Something can vibrate   
   fast or slow. The wave properties can vary however they will begin to repeat   
   the same fundamental    
   patterns in higher octaves. This is because of the principle of "As Above So   
   Below". The same basic laws are operating on all levels of reality and will   
   always manifest their truths no matter what the level of perception.   
      
   You can go through the 12 notes on a scale and then on the 13th note you will   
   repeat that bass note. Though it has a higher frequency, it will be in   
   resonate harmony with it's lower counterpart. This is true for all forms of   
   energy... light, heat, smells    
   etc... becasue all of reality functions in frequencies and are built from the   
   same fundamental laws.   
      
   Understanding of this law gives us the awareness that we can manipulate   
   frequencies to produce results that may not necessarily be local to our   
   senses. That we can form waves that do indeed hit the shore on the far side of   
   the lake. Even though we are    
   not able to perceive the result, we know with certainty that an effect has   
   taken place.
