   6. THE PRINCIPLE OF CAUSE AND EFFECT.    
      
   All things are connected through frequency. Everything relies upon everything   
   else for it's very existence. The Universe is holographic in nature in that   
   what effects the one will eventually effect the all.   
      
   With the knowledge of the previous principles we can now begin to understand   
   that by practicing intentional shifts in our vibration rather than letting   
   ourselves haphazardly be victims of circumstance we can create intentional   
   change not only in    
   ourselves and but in our environment. We can be absolutely certain that the   
   intentional transmutation of our own mental frequency will undoubtedly have an   
   effect on our environment that can be measured and verified.   
      
   Different mental states will cause different effects in your environment just   
   as varying waves of magnitude will cause different effects on the shore line.   
   When one can master their own mental and emotional states and properly observe   
   the effects and    
   translate the results into working reality, one can gain mastery over all   
   things within their perception.   
      
   If you can precisely control the river, you can precisely control the level of   
   the entire lake.   
      
   Know that every frequency has a corresponding result and as you travel upwards   
   or downwards in octaves, the result may be finer or more course but they will   
   always embody the same basic properties exuded by the resonate frequency.   
      
   The notes between octaves may be infinite in their relation to each other, but   
   surely it always repeats the same basic resonance after it reaches a specific   
   threshold. By understanding this concept, we can put the law of cause and   
   effect into motion with    
   absolute precision and certainty.
