   the true work of the Alchemist is to transmute his mental frequencies into a   
   higher vibration. To turn his mental lead into mental gold. When the Alchemist   
   has gained full control of transmuting his mental states he can then use the   
   previous principles    
   to precisely manipulate those frequencies which exist "down river" from   
   himself through the knowledge that his frequency MUST have an effect on his
