   Haven't read the paper yet but I will, but yes, that is the basic premise.    
   Take it another step further in that the Universe itself is Mental in nature   
   and of the highest order of intelligence and utilizes the most advanced mode   
   of logic possible to manifest reality. A higher mode of logic then any living   
   being or civilization    
   existing within the mind of the ALL.    
      
   Only the ALL itself is capable of comprehending it's own highest order of   
   logic and even that cannot be said with certainty as it is simply outside our   
   field of awareness and understanding.
