   On Plants 2011 album , "The Mighty Rearranger is the song All the Kings   
   Horses  and in it are the lyrics "I'm on the outside looking in"   
   And in the PF song Wots..Uh the Deal..are the lyrics " I'm the man on the   
   outside looking in"   
      
   On the page with the cities listed in TDB tour program when held up to the   
   light is the man Looking in and the cape points to the letters I T from the   
   word DETROIT.   
   it is Detroit which is also the clue planted on a page from a Gilmour   
   interview.
