   When communicating with the higher self and reprogramming the subconscious

   subject act out the transformation. The use of imagination in acting out the   
   sequence using multiple senses as well as identifying the energy blocks in the

   pulling it out stimulates the subconscious allowing the "communication"

   Notice how he uses visuals as well as makes sound and utilizes touch. You   
   could even use smells and taste in the imagination to make it even more   
   effective.   
   The imagination is the key to the manipulating energies as the Universe is
