   Practicing writing this stuff   
      
   In 1994 the members of Pink Floyd said that the concept of The Division Bell   
   was about communication.  Who received communication, what was the message,   
   and who and where do the clues of the Publius Enigma point to? That is what   
   this story will tell.   
      
   Another theme of the album is that talking can solve many problems.  I am here   
   to talk about why it was necessary for Pink Floyd  to communicate a very   
   important message of truth to me.   
      
   I can interpret lyrics and artwork of The Division Bell and the clues behind   
   the Publius Enigma. Pink Floyd & friends can't say anything about me or my   
   story because of the content.    
   I have to be the one to tell it because Carl Palmer (who I knew personally) &   
   his musician friends used music & videos (with me in them) to cause me   
   emotional distress because I know his secret that could ruin his career, and   
   for years he's been afraid I'   
   d tell that he's gay.   
      
   That's why Pink Floyd & friends can't say anything about me because I have to   
   tell what happened. I have to speak for justice.  The lyrics and artwork of   
   the Division Bell helped me by telling me the truth that the others were only   
   causing me harm with    
   their music.
