   Yes many have often wrestled with the idea that we are actually living in a   
   type of hell or underworld as opposed to a place where we go when we die.   
      
   I think most religious dogma is in agreement that this earth plane is not the   
   native realm of the soul which inhabits the physical body.   
      
   I have come to my own personal realization that all planes of existence are   
   mental in nature, and why we are currently experiencing the trials and   
   tribulations of finding our way out of this specific labyrinth, underworld,   
   cave or a prison of darkness (   
   darkness is allegorical to ignorance in this sense) in this physical plane, I   
   also am fully aware that the potential for the mental energy to create much   
   lower and denser planes of existence is not only possible but it does exist by   
   the very notion that    
   we are able to conceive of it in the mind.   
      
   In other words, the nightmare of Hell truly exists and it exists within the   
   mind as the ultimate abyss of darkness and mental anguish. Conversely, the   
   ultimate Heaven also exists as pure love and union with G-d's divine Light.   
      
   It is up to us which plane we choose to focus our mental energy on and where   
   we ultimately end up. We are immortal and even though our bodies change, our   
   soul traverses on through these mental planes taking only that which has   
   resonated with our souls    
   and effected our light.
