I know. Where is the Intelligentsia trying to make sense of the Publius
   Enigma in 2019.

I knew it. I knew we wound wind up here. When Hands Across America went
dark. When Hands Across America became the 80s's Altamont. When rivers of
blood ran in the street and we entered this dark timeline and its prophet,
   Publius.

Somewhere out there is a really morbidly fat guy who put on The Division
Bell in 1998 and accidentally put it on repeat; only now has the CD player
died and he hasn't realized 21 years has passed, he being transfixed by its
   fascinating, stimulating tones.

Unaware of the time slip of 21 years, but for his svelte frame (he having
not realized his transmutation), he is thinking thus:

"OK so where are we on the Publius Enigma? We've been at this for like
FOUR years people (it still being 1998 and his mind), we should have a
   solution."

Little does he know all of this time has passed and all of the brilliant
minds of that generation have gone out to pasture, Usenet has died, Donald
Trump is president, and I still fucking rule.

   So hard.
