   The written science fiction newsgroup (rec.arts.sf.written) still gets   
   enough posts that I sometimes have trouble keeping up with it.  But   
   yeah, other than that one most of the groups I used to read are dead.   
   And even in r.a.sf.w it seems like most of the posters are in their   
   60s or 70s, so it's probably just a matter of time until that one   
   dwindles away too.
