   :>
   :
: Tell me more about this life you have.

It's like anyone's life, really ... an intersection of space, time,
consciousness, reruns, medical bills, music, conversations, love, anger,
joy, sadness, all-night study sessions, volunteerism, community-building,
arguments, consensus, agreement to disagree, work, teaching, fatherhood,
angst, passion, aging, crankiness, pursuit of the American dream, and Reuben
sandwiches. I really love a good Reuben sandwich, but you can't get good rye
bread where I live. Actually, you can't really get good rye bread outside of
New York City. I'm not from there, but it's true. Pizza, too. I grew up
outside of Boston, and although Northern California is justly famous for its
fresh and good cuisine, and there's a really nice pizza joint not far from
my flat, they just don't make it like the ones I grew up with. With which I
grew up. Whatever. Dunno why. Maybe it's the water or yeast or something.
But there's a great Chinese take-out also not far from the ol' flateroonie,
and which makes a mu shu chicken to DIE for.

So how's /your/ life? And do they make good pizza wherever you live it?
