hello way back in 1990-1992 there was a video that had a young woman in   
   a vinyl black dress wide straps with bright dyed  dayglo red hair and   
   she was singing in front of a dead  tree with no leafs and a dark black   
   to  blue background with stars on it and the song was very bass guitar   
   heavy and there was a bass guitarist girl black hair and they cut back   
   and forth between them it could of been but im not totally sure   
   -concrete blondes-sisters? etc any if you know email me songs name e.t.c
