On Friday, FRJ's very own A.C. Aaron Childs rode across the Mackinac Bridge
as part of the 2nd Annual Antique Tractor Mackinac Bridge Crossing. He
recorded his show while parading through the streets of Mackinac City
(pronounced Mac-uh-NAW, in case you're not from Michigan), up over the might
Mackinac Bridge (that spans the 5 mile wide Straights Of Mackinac that
separates the two halves of Michigan and connects Lakes Michigan and Huron),
and then through the streets of St. Ingace, Michigan. Aaron describes the
scenes around him as he drives, plus interviews a fellow tractor driver that
drove their antique tractor almost 300 miles over 4 days to this event. Of
course there's lots of great music between each break including lots of
amazing indie artists and great Jackson area bands.
The show lasts almost 3 1/2 hours long, and loops through out today and
tomorrow. Even if you're not a fan of antique tractors, you'll enjoy the
sounds of this once in a life time event.

Tune in to Free Radio Jackson to hear this!
