XPost: alt.music, alt.music.alternative.female, alt.music.independent       XPost: alt.music.misc, alt.rock-n-roll       From: freeradiojackson@NOSPAMyahoo.com              Hello!       I'm Aaron Childs. I host Free Radio Jackson, an internet radio station based       out of Jackson, Michigan. On Free Radio Jackson, I play a mixture of blues,       rock, jazz, alternative, electronica, roots rock/americana, reggae and ska,       etc.       The show starts Midnight eastern time Monday morning and repeats       continuously until 12 noon eastern time Saturday, so you can tune in and       catch it anytime.       Here's the playlist from the show this week. The contact info is at the       bottom.       All of the breaks from the show this week were recorded at the 1st annual       Southern Michigan Winter Beer Festival that happened this past weekend at       the Jackson County Fairgrounds Event Center here in Jackson. A lot of great       beer, a great crowd, and we had a lot of fun being down there.       Hope you enjoy reading this, and I hope you tune in to listen sometime!              Artist, "Song Title"       John Mellencamp "Lonely Ol' Night"       Richard Berry "'Round About Midnight"       Che Zuro "Change The Way I Pray"       Maad Ethics "Absent Minded"       Lyla-Jayne "Bittersweet Love"       Meatloaf "I'd Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That)"       Emerson Lake & Powell "Touch N Go"       Amyl Queen "Adonis"       The Aloha Steamtrain "Misty Paradise"       Brian Brigner "Stay"                     Bob Marley & The Wailers "Stir It Up"       The Church "Hotel Womb"       Bukka White "Special Stream Line"       Teddy But "Happy Ending"       Ani's Whisper "Beauty"       Save Ferris "Nobody But Me"       Charles & Eddie "Would I Lie To You Baby"       Car Bombs And Allah "North American Suntan"       The el Caminos "Rolling Sushi"       Cranium Bob "The One That Got Away"                     "The Backwards Song Contest"       We play a 15 second segment of a song that's backwards, and give you three       clues on what the song is and who is performing it. If you think you know       the song and who it's by, you can e-mail us at freeradiojackson at yahoo dot       com. If you're correct, we put your name along with the name(s) of everyone       else that guess correctly into a hat. At the end of the week, we draw a name       out of that hat, and that person wins the weekly prize, which always starts       out at $50. If no one guesses the song AND artist correctly, we roll over       the prize to the next week, add another $20 to it, and pick a new song and       start all over again.       Congrats to Scott from Brooklyn, Michigan who is $70 richer, because he knew       the song from last week was:       Metallica "Last Caress/Green Hell"                     Robin Trower "Bridge Of Sighs"       Albert Collins "Deep Freeze"       One Shot Johnny "Blessed Are the Peacemakers"       Simon Apple "Pink Elephants"       A Loss For Words "It's Good To Be Back In Eastern Standard"       The Alarm "Sold Me Down the River"       Eric Morris "Penny Reel"       Green Scene "Small Town Blues"       Lucy Webster "No One Else"       Organized Mess "Productive Waste Of Time/Riot Squad (live)"                     Edie Brickell & The New Bohemians "What I Am"       Joy Division "Love Will Tear Us Apart"       Albert Cummings "Barrel House Blues"       The So And So's "Better"       John Tumminello "Invisible Chains"       REM "Ignoreland"       Talking Heads "Lifetime Piling Up"       Drugstore Soul "No Other"       Hardwood EXP "Time To Decide"       Mike Kavanaugh "Red"                     "The Backwards Song Contest" (replay)       Metallica "Last Caress/Green Hell"                     Alice In Chains "I Stay Away"       Ian Dury "Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll"       Common Sense "Skankin'"       Jesse & The Raindogs "My Best Friend (Became My Worst Enemy)"       Meatbee "Transformers"       The Temptations "Papa Was a Rolling Stone"       Big 5 "Shame"       Ru Ach "Who Do You Think U-R?"       Bondo "Fuck You I'm Drunk"       Ghostintheattic "Who's Laughing Now?"                     Kid Rock "I Got One for Ya'"       The Toasters "I'm Running Right Through the World"       Promize "Underbridge"       Jon Bare & the Killer Whales "I Drunk Too Much"       Two Boss Vega "Albert Einstein Blues"       Van Halen "Could This Be Magic?"       Warren Zevon "Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead"       The Parish "Dance On The Moon"       Hutch "New Hampshire Girl"       Narrow 7 "Goin' Crazy"                     "The Backwards Song Contest" (replay)       Metallica "Last Caress/Green Hell"                     The Kinks "You Really Got Me"       The Alan Parsons Project "(The System of) Doctor Tarr and Professor Fether"       Lacona "Come On"       Lisa Dewey "Watching Her Fingers"       Too Much Coffee "Karen"       Def Leppard "Love Bites"       Alabama "The Closer You Get"       Sharon Lewis & Under The Gun "If You've Got Something To Say"       Paradigm "Heaven"       Strength In Numbers "Hands Of Time (live)"                     Alannah Myles "Black Velvet"       Taj Mahal "Farther on Down the Road (You Will Accompany Me)"       Blinddog Smokin' "Boob Job"       Jennifer Tefft Band "Not Far To Go"       3rd Degree "Maid of Honor"       Eurythmics "Love Is a Stranger"       The Smiths "Bigmouth Strikes Again"       Liberty Circuit "Secret Siren"       Nicole Fournier "Man Of My Dreams"       Kevin Nichols "Left Me With The Blues"                     "The Backwards Song Contest" (replay)       Metallica "Last Caress/Green Hell"                     Supertramp "Goodbye Stranger"       John Holt "The Tide Is High"       Lisa Richards "Daisy Chain"       Songs For Fey "Swallow"       Yvonne Doll "To The Bone"       Jamiroquai "Virtual Insanity"       Todd Sharpeville "Can't Hold Out"       Sine Of Infinity "All The Old Philosophers"       Touchtone Gurus "Take My Hand"       Jacktown Hustlers "Michigan Winters"                     "THE PSYCHEDELIC ADVENTURE"       Formerly "The Psychedelic Six-Pack", now with more trippiness.
