        He/she/it *HAS* been practicing, but apparently either   
      
        1. doesn't have the mental capacity to retain whatever   
           lessons/techniques might have been "learned"   
             or   
        2. is operationg under the delusion that people will actually   
           open his/her/its spam, follow the link(s) contained therein,   
           and remember that/those link(s).
