   Has anyone else on here ever been to the Peace-A-Chord festival   
   here in St. John's, NL, Canada and if so what did you think?   
      
   It is a festival of social conscience and mostly alternative rock   
   though in the past Spirit of the West and Billy Bragg have   
   also played.    It is  a free festival so the few touring bands that   
   come here to play it make more money at club gigs while here.   
      
   This year, due to noise complaints, even though the festival   
   is not as loud and far-carrying as the folk festival, there is   
   a chance the evening sessions will be moved indoors   
   to the Masonic Temple but daytime will still be outdoors.
