   The project is to create an antimeme virus scanner similar to the software   
   virus scanners that are familiar to us.   
      
   A small icon would sit in the system tray, and each day, the XML file ( that   
   you see is blank ) would be downloaded illustrating a 'bad' meme and the   
   anti-meme to combat it.   
      
   So a bad meme might be:   
      
   Flip-Flop   
      
   The antimeme would be:   
      
   Complex issues require changing viewpoints.
