   Surfless are a South coast band due to release a single nationwide in the   
   new year. They hope this single - recorded at the same studio as the   
   ordinary boys will be the platform to a major deal - and have had early   
   interest from warner and virgin V2. Tom Newman, producer of Tubular Bells   
   has championed the band's cause and is backing them to make it in the   
   industry.
