   The latest offering from the scarily talented 21-year-old Patrick Wolf,   
   'Wind in the Wires' is out in February and follows the critically acclaimed   
   "Lycanthropy." A second album of epic proportions, "Wind in the Wires" takes   
   you by the hand and leads you on a train to a wild cottage by the sea in   
   darkest Cornwall. The urgent, clip clop beats and wailing, tumbling strings   
   in the opening track 'The Libertine' sets the scene for the magical musical   
   storyteller that is Patrick Wolf to tell his tale.
