Have you ever heard of typos?

Wayne and David had this incorrect because it was incorrect on my site.
The reason it was incorrect on my site is because that's how it was typed
on the cue sheet that Westwood One sent out to radio stations that week.
Those cue sheets are notorious for spelling errors, so this doesn't surprise
   me.

Normally the cue sheets were typed up by someone based on a typed list that
Dr. Demento brought with him to the studio. However, in this particular
case, he didn't have the songs for the Boogie Boy interview on his typed
copy. I'm assuming he didn't know in advance what would be played. So
it could be that the engineer or someone else kept track of it for the
Westwood One cue sheet, and never saw the record itself, thus leading to
   this spelling error.

I have said many times that the lists on my web site (which are the source
for all the other web sites that have forms of playlist archives) are not
100% accurate or consistent. I'm well aware of this, and am in the process
of making them moreso. I am updating them constantly with new information
(such as this, which I have now updated). It's a continual evolution. I
don't have any control over the other web sites which have made use of my
information, so they are likely to get out of date with my "master" copies.

So, anyway, this has been fixed at the source. Wayne and David will no
doubt see your message and fix their copies too.

I appreciate you pointing this out, but I don't appreciate your attitude.
I had no intention to misspell the band's name, it was just the best
information I had at the time, and it was more important for me to get the
information out there than to spend time verifying the spelling of every
item on every playlist. (I do intend to go back and do that though, but
it may take the rest of my life.)

So, if you find an error in the future, an attitude of helpfulness rather
   than outrage would be recommended.
