   BinaryStar Music, Inc. based in Miami, FL. was created to discover, develop,   
   produce, and publish emerging performers. Its mission is to offer new   
   artists direction, drawing from the experience of founding members Carlos de   
   Yarza and Henry A. Otero. In conjunction with each individual artist   
   BinaryStar will strive to nurture and polish existing talent, all the way to   
   a major recording contract and distribution agreement. Like a cosmic binary   
   star system the company and the artist will revolve around each other in a   
   mutually beneficial orbit, both suns bright with their creative light.   
      
   Carlos A. de Yarza is an ASCAP songwriter, producer, and recording engineer.   
   He has written and/or produced for Gloria Estefan, The Beach Boys, The Spice   
   Girls, GinaG, Menudo, Carlos Ponce, Chayanne, David Bustamante, LFO, and   
   Bayside Boys (Macarena), among many others. His music has been published by   
   FIPP/Universal Music, and he has been signed as an artist to RCA Records, as   
   well as Atlantic/Lava Records. Carlos' work has been released by Sony Music,   
   Warner Bros, Epic, Atlantic, and RCA. He has been certified Gold, and Quad   
   Platinum by the RIAA.   
      
   Henry A. Otero is an ASCAP songwriter, producer, and recording engineer. He   
   graduated with a Degree in the Recording Arts from Full Sail Real World   
   Education, Orlando, where he earned full Pro Tools Certification. After   
   graduation he worked for the Walt Disney World Company, as well as various   
   local bands/artists. Henry is an accomplished keyboard player, and   
   electronic music composer. Henry founded and produced the critically   
   acclaimed electro-pop duo HollEr.   
      
   Carlos and Henry are currently using BinaryStar Music as a vehicle to
