Hell, I don't know a lot about them. I worked with them on this Grambling
   job.

Sleepi's real name is Rashawn. He's tall, slim, black. His first show
ever is the one we did. He wouldn't go onstage until he was up. And he
came off like a natural. He has a few jailhouse tats and bullet holes.
Shreveport, LA cat. Crip? I think he gets really grimy on the mic. Does
HVAC plumbing work on large scale jobs.

Masta Mynd is Chicano, aka a Mexican born in the US. He has several
gnarly pro tats, skulls on his elbows. Unknown affiliation. He also has
bullet wounds. The dude rhymes so much, all the time. That always
impressed me about him. He has some interesting new tracks he was telling
me about, particularly a political, war-oriented track. Shreveport is
really heavily gang affiliated, I learned. Also does HVAC stuff.

Smalls the Hustler is the real enigma. He is the "Bushwick" of the group.
Not a dwarf, but I think he had his shins blown off in WWII. He has
another group, and is sort of a guest on that L.E.C. track. I can't tell
him from Sleepi on that track, really. Sleepi's verse comes first is the
only way I can tell them apart. I don't know where he gets his money
   from.

They're all really cool dudes. We blew mad blunts at work. In retrospect,
   a bad idea. ; )

I don't think they are the absolute best group in the world, but if you
know anything about the quality of most Louisiana MCs, they are way ahead
of most of the rappers in the state. Their biggest problem is a lack of a
decent producer/dj. They were working with Hydro, some white kids who do
sort of crappy Fruity Loops stuff, but I think that ended. That's a good
   thing, I think.

I had been giving them a lot of instrumentals, and I made one track for
the three of us (Sleepi, MM, and myself), but we haven't cut it since
they were laid off. Nor have we talked. So I need to call them.

Trust No Man Productions - CEO, Masta Mind (318) 834-3810

Fake Free Records - CEO, Mark Baxter (318) 288-1004

I hear Mark is a real slimeball, and they probably have cut ties with him
by now. He made 6 Gs off of us at that show, and they didn't really get
   shit...

When I put that mp3 up, I said "How do you spell it?", and MM said "The
usual way". I told them it should be 'clique', but we ultimately decided
to leave it this way. It's sort of a gun reference.
