Yea, I felt the same last night--it was a shame. I used to like her...now
   my feelings are just lukewarm.

Am I the only one who thinks he is *beyond desperate* to get this spot?
When I look at his eyes, they just look extremely sad..... suicidal or
something? I started noticing it when the band kept telling him he looked
like he wasn't having a good time. I thought, "But that's just him. He looks
miserable with life." I still thought that last night, but the performance
was much better. Maybe I'm seeing too much in his eyes. ;-)

Well, it *IS* rather cliché and overused..... I'm glad he called her on it.

And the eye-rolling thing he does.....all shifty looking. Too creepy for me.

Yea, but after hearing what they've been working on, would her voice fit
that style? It's the "classic rock" feel, and she is much more cutting edge
than that. It's a shame, because I *want* to see her do something BIG. She's
   amazing and deserves it.
