   Iraq was not responsible for any of the attacks on the United States   
   that you referred to. Iraq is/was a sovereign nation who had neither   
   attacked the United States nor posed a threat to.   
      
   On the other hand, Osama Bin Laden had done both and Bush let him   
   escape in favor of attacking a country with better targets.
