   On the whole, they do not have a greater say... big states will still be   
   worth more. The small states have to be weighted more to insure that   
   their votes even show up on the radar, and to insure that they aren't   
   lost in the big bundle of votes that is California.   
      
   If you are so worried about it, I hear North Dakota really has a lot to
