   In the US, we have a system of checks and balances in the government.   
   The president can't do much of anything without majority approval. He   
   has a large staff of advisors that take care of things for him because   
   he cannot do everything himself.   
      
   So, how in the world is the war completely and only Bush's fault?   
   I keep seeing and hearing liberals say "Bush did this" and "Bush did   
   that" as if we don't have hundreds of people who jointly run the   
   government. As if millions of Americans didn't think Hussein was a   
   threat. Boy, it sure sucks to be a figurehead/scapegoat!
