   All those pieces are there, they're just not in the order you expected   
   them to be. Aren't the Hot as hell lyrics part of "Blue Hawaii" (I   
   Love to Say Dada)?   
      
   I really can't imagine jumping directly from Wind Chimes (the Air   
   piece) to Blue Hawaii (the water piece) without the fire in between   
   them. It would totally disrupt the logical flow of the side.
