   Well, trading is illegal too, for that matter.   The guy is not   
   selling "fake" anything, assuming he delivers what he has described.   
      
   I agree that it would be best if some of the money from these   
   bootleggers filtered back to the concert producers.   Wish there was a   
   mechanism for that.   I just don't see how anybody is gettig "ripped   
   off", it is not taking money out of ANYBODY's pocket, except the fan   
   who volunteers to purchase a bootleg.   People know that bootlegs are   
   a mixed bag, the risk is known.   
      
   I am glad that there are illegal markets.  I'm sure I'd be sitting at   
   the speakeasy in the 1920's, just like I smoked reefer in the ....   
   well, lets not limit by any decade.   And I make music mixes from CDs   
   in my collection and  CDs I get from the public library.  The   
   governments and their corporate patrons often set rules driven by   
   greed or a cultural majority.    Call me a libertarian.
