Thanks for the       comments!              I'm a classically trained piano player. My favorite pieces do not have       lyrics, nor do they need them. I love L.V. Beethoven's Ninth - which of       course has lyrics - but the music itself is why I like it. (Hell, I don't       even understand the German vocals anyway!) But, that's just me. I'll take a       good song even if it's played on a Jew's Harp and slide whistle - as long as       there's an interesting melodic thought behind the music.              I'll continue to enjoy Kokomo, and everyone else can detest it. That's the       nice part of life, we can all express our opinions.              Thanks for the replies, I learned a lot.
