   Yea...it's called "lawsuites".   
      
   After Carl's death, Mike and Al had a falling out. Al put together "Beach   
   Boys Family and Friends" and toured, until Mike sued him, claiming that   
   Brother (their company) had given Mike exclusive rights to use the name   
   "Beach Boys" Brian backed him up on that. Al appealed but to no avail. Al   
   has played live since, but without the use of the Beach Boys name, it's hard
