   Anyone know if Brian is planning to put together an "original" version   
   of Smile, using the stuff recorded in 66-67?  It'd be neat to have an   
   original, authentic Beach Boys version as well as the new one.   
      
   Also feel I should comment....I think the new Smile is fantastic.  This   
   is coming from someone who hasn't heard the original stuff (I'm only 24   
   and not really a BB fan), so in a way I'm "untainted", and unable to   
   compare.  I've noticed some of you saying how it's hard to hear this   
   album fresh, since you're so familiar with the bootleg Smile   
   recordings.  I can tell you, from someone who is hearing it all for the   
   first time (except of course Good Vibrations) that Smile is, indeed, a   
   masterpiece.  Listening to it almost makes me sad and frustrated that it   
   wasn't completed all those years ago, to take advantage of the Beach   
   Boys' voices (especially Brian's back then), hence my question above.
