   altho I don't remember how I found out (i could email the person who found   
   it for me) you could use outlook express, and some server out of Germany   
   (berlin to be exact).   
      
   I think it's News.Individual.NET   
      
   just registure, and use outlook express, netscape, or whatever. (under the   
   "configuration" area).
