You're welcome, but I didn't help much!:) Yes, I personally like Cakewalk
(Pro Audio 9) because I've been using it a long time. There are many other
excellent programs that are as good or better. I'm just too busy to learn
yet *another* application. Finale, for creating sheet music is great, but
   hard to use. (IMO)

As far as finding CG on the 'net, just go to Google and type in California
Girls & Beach boys guitar tablature. You'll get a mess of 'hits'. (You might
need to try different combos, BB+Cal. Girls, tab, etc) From there, just check
out the various sites and you'll find it - I assure you. Again, check a few
different sites - there's lot's of *wrong* transcriptions floating around.
Just make sure the key sig. is correct. I repeat, this song starts - the
opening that is - on B. If you're working in C, you may find you'll have to
transpose it later. (Easy enough on guitar, a little tougher on keyboard.)

   Good luck,
   Mike T
