   outing...  Perhaps we should talk about Bob Dylan's vocal cords   
   here..WhatsUp Wid Dat? Is he "SINGING"?  I'd rather hear V.P. Chaney   
   sing his war speeches!    Dylan: "...somethin's happenin' and you don't   
   know what-it-is...(Do You, Mr Jones?) ..." B.T.W.,  Dylan stole that   
   line from writer Thorton Wilder = (Our Town = "...Mrs Smith...").
