    Hello,

   > 1. what happened with the conservator suit in 1991?
   >
I think the outcome was that brian should be independant and live the life
he chose. His family and band wanted dr. landy out of the way. Brian has
come a long way since then.

   2. did Brian ever regain ownership of his publishing rights (the Sea
   > Tunes Murry had sold)?
   > not sure really. But in his book he said he was looking into it and spme
legal team were listening to his allegations. Those songs sell for millions
   these days!

   3. had Brian and Carl reconciled before Carl's death? How did BW handle his
   death?

yes, they had reconciled along time before because carl apperad in brian's
documentary called ''i wasn't made for these times" and of course they did
the last beach boys project together in 1995, the country nashville sounds
album. Brian has since said he misses carl and always speaks highly of him
   in interviews.

I thought it really interesting but negative in some parts. Landy did not
really have a big role in the book. I read somewhere that Todd Gold, who
wrote it with brian say that Landy was not around when book was being done.
Sources conflict saying brian did not have much control over it.

   hope this helps,
   from a beach boys expert!
