   Has it been released since? (eg box set etc)   
   Is it one of the versions that can't be located as per the smileysmile/wild   
   honey liner notes?   
   Has it turned up on a boot-leg?   
      
   Oh, and an old BB tome I own refers to a track called Grand Coulee dam, are   
   we talking the end bit of Cabinessence
