   Ohhh!  Ohhh!  I know this one!  It means you think people should take some   
   initiative instead of thinking everything in the world is an entitlement.   
   Personally, I don't think it was out of line for you to be miffed at the   
   douche who had the time to post (and wait for a reply to) a request for   
   somebody else to skim through a document for him.  You may have been a
