   We did not know at the time that Brian and Marilyn were about to divorce.   
   The lyrics are autobiographical.   
      
   Even though it sounds nothing like it, for some reason, I have always felt   
   that "Matchpoint" was inspired, at least musically, by Little River Band's   
   "Reminiscing."
