   Sorry if this has been covered, but many of the articles say that BW   
   created the third movement when recording this album. I know that Mrs.   
   O'Leary's Cow and GV were already written. What exactly was created for   
   this recording?   
      
   Also, anyone have any idea how much of the orchestration was Brian   
   (possibly from the original demos) and how much was his keyboard player   
   or others?
