   In the Brian Wilson "biography" ("Wouldn't It Be Nice?"); "George Fell"   
   is included in the Smile playlist during the chapter which it is   
   mentioned.  More proof that Brian didn't write the biography at all.   
   You know, when those bootlegs came out on CD around 1990 or so it was so   
   AWESOME!  On one vinyl bootleg, "George Fell Into His French Horn" is   
   credited by Brian Wilson!  All it is is studio junk with the tape   
   rolling.  Someone spliced in a Brian "one more time, please" to make it   
   look authentic.   Furthermore, I think it's from "Pet Sounds", more   
   specifically the "God Only Knows" track which used French Horn.
