Actually it was Neil Peart's idea, which he got from his motorbike travel to       Yellowknife. It's a cairn, or as the Inuits call them: inukshuks, meaning "in       the likeness of man." A normal cairn is picked straight up, often descending       in size, but the        inukshuks were piled into manlike figures. In Canada the Inuit used them as       trail markers but they were also used in the Americas by Indians and are still       used today in National Parks. Pearl writes, in his book Ghost Rider, that he       wanted it used as the        cover art because he was "struck by the power of this human symbol in a hostel       land."              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
