   Joe Mahoney to All
   "Friendship": Rush's Next Concept Album?

My fellow Christians, we live in a time when the lamestream liberal media
likes to emphasize the DIFFERENCES between us, to foment conflict. To cause
squirmishes. They would do well to heed out favorite Alt-Right lyricist Neil
   Peart, who wrote that "
the spaces in between leave room for you and I to grow." And at the rate I've
been eatin' the bratwursts and guzzlin' Bud Lites, I need PLENTY of room, heh
heh! Say, lite beer might taste lite, but it still helps me pack on the
   pounds. I'm the proud
   owner of a Wal-Mart physique!

And my buddies all have Wal-Mart physiques as well.

Which brings me to today's sermon. Today I'd like to contradict the
lamestream liberal media conspiracy, and discuss what we have IN COMMON. Yes,
I dare say that MOST of us have the Wal-Mart build. Most of us also have
   long, luxuriant beards, and
sweaty bald heads as well. But it's not just the PHYSICAL things we share,
because we are spiritual beings, Christians. With SOULS.

And as spiritual Christian beings, we have certain needs. We need to FIGHT
for Jesus, God, and morality. Fight the liberal media -- and also the
   Mexicans.

We also need, on a daily if not constant basis, FAITH. Faith in God's wisdom,
benevolence, and STRENGTH. Faith in Jesus' return. Faith in the Afterlife.
   Faith in His plan.

But in addition to faith, we need ritual; we need fellowship; we need
   companions; WE NEED BUDDIES.

You know my friends in Christ, it is not a sign of weakness to need buddies.
It is simply how the Lord Created Us. And it's something we all share.

Why, Neil never goes motor-biking without his Partner Michael. Geddy never
goes out for hot dogs without Alex. I never cook brats on the grill or chill
a few cases of Bud Lite when my buddies ain't on their way.

And even our Great and well-spoken President Donald Trump never does anything
without HIS buddy Vladimir Putin. A good man. An beacon of decency. Also a
Christian. Why, a theologian no less discerning than George "Dubya" Bush once
   admitted that he
saw, with his rather narrowly-spaced optical organs into Putin's soul - and
recognized a fellow Lover of Christ. Hallelujah!

You know my friends, the liberal lamestream media conspiracy would have us
believe that we shouldn't trust Putin. And I chortle at this, accidentally
ejecting bits of lunch meat from my maw. 'Cause normly they (in the
   lamestream media conspiracy) LOVE
anyone and anything from that part o' God's World. Suddenly Donald Trump
makes a nice buddy outta Trump, and we're told to act all spicious. Not me my
friends. Not Joseph R. Mahoney. Nope. This ain't MY first bobba-Q.

The fact is, they are friends, they are buddies, and we HAVE to respect that.
Anything less is an act of TREASON.

So I think our favorite Alt-Right Philosopher Neil ought to seriously look
into making his next concept album an exploration of friendship. Of buddies.
Of his own buddyhood with Michael; of Geddy's with Alex over hot dogs; and of
   Donald Trump and
   Vladimir Putin.

And Hugh Syme could do a wonderful cover of Putin and Donald embracing,
shirtless, Trump with his heavenly cantaloupe complexion, Putin bare-chested
and rather more waxen in color.

"Friendship" by Rush: Let us pray it will hit the shelves soon, and we can
indulge a BIG Bud Lite and Brat picnic. With all our buddies.
