|    Family Memries...by Joe Mahoney    |

From: joemahoney1950@gmail.com              My many masticators of the mango morel, the holiday's are here. There's snow       on the ground, turducken in the oven, and Santa's buggering his elves. Mmmm.        Brings back memries of childhood.               Now, my dad, Joseph Sr., always did treat the holiday's as a festive       occasion. When Christmas approached, he'd dress up real fancy. Formal suit,       but most notable a white belt and white shoes. And he always took his       suitcase, which was locked, but when        I shook it in curiosity, I could hear hard objects banging togetha and rollin'       around. Anyway, Joe Sr. would get his suitcase packed and his white belt and       shoes on, And then he'd take mom up to Provincetown.                     One time, a buddy o' mine showed up as Joe Sr. was preparing for this       adventcha. He took a look at ole pop's, and whispered: "He looks like the       head of a ferret on a deflating beach ball."              I beamed with pride.              It was only recently that mom mentioned to me WHY he took her to       Provincetown. It's because there was a Gay Cabaret there -- and Joe Sr. was       OBSESSED with it, tryin' to impress all the P-town locals with his       semen-colored belt and shoes. And the        suitcase? It was full of strap-on dildos which Dad donned before bedding       mom.               "I think," mom admitted to me recently, "that he was trying to tell me       something, and I was too stupid to pick up on it at the time.              Yes indeed, mom.              Yes indeed.              Joe "chip off the ole block" M.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
