   These are some great ideas in this thread.  I agree with those who suggest   
   Belgian styles (because of their complexity) such as saison, tripel, and biere   
   de garde.     
      
   In fact, Geddy and Alex have released a few beers under the Rush name.  One   
   was a cream ale, another a strong Belgian-style beer.
